Spessartite Garnet Facet Rough

Spessartite Garnet: These are the Nigerian Spessartite Garnets. These range from red to the orange color also know as Mandarin  Garnets. In the Mandarin color, this material is very rare to find clean in any size and even rarer to find in large sizes. This is a type 2 gemstone and has a RI of 1.81.
